Roland Burrow

Roland was born in 1981 in St. Louis, Missouri. From a very early age, Roland began to utilize his artistic ability. Wherever he traveled, he carried a sketch pad and pencil documenting his everyday subject matter of living in Ferguson, Missouri. Roland attended McCluer High School in St. Louis, where he began his formal artistic training. In 1999, Roland enrolled in the Fine Arts Study Program at the University of Missouri – St. Louis (UMSL) and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Art Studies. Asher Hebel

Asher Hebel is an ex-public school teacher, ex-high school girls softball coach, and ex-lacrosse coach with a degree in secondary education, summa cum laude, from Webster University. In addition to being a founder of 1419 Art, she works with her husband at their creative digital marketing agency. Asher is the past secretary of the Webster Groves Historical Society and Sara Kerr’s sister.

Sara Kerr

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Sara is part of a family which has been involved in the art gallery business since the 1800s. From an early age Sara spent most of her time learning about the gallery business and immersing herself into the art world, eventually studying Art History at the University of Missouri. She has been in a professional position at McCaughen & Burr Fine Arts since 2014 and has been a personal curator to a nationally acclaimed private collection. Sara believes deeply in creating a space where artists and gallerists can work cohesively to create a more sustainable environment for artists working today.

Kaisa-Leena Stucke

Kaisa-Leena Stucke was born in Tartu, Estonia, at 58˚ north latitude. At 58˚ north, the sun refuses to set on summer solstice and refuses to rise on winter’s darkest day. Estonia’s concepts of beauty show a deep respect for the power of nature and the soul of everything.

Kaisa’s belief in equity, social justice, free speech, and enfranchisement are rooted in her native language and culture, and in her personal experience. Kaisa spent her childhood under Soviet occupation. She shared a
